Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders of $150.00 or more to the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America.

Please Note: We do our best to ship on time, but circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery of an order. As a result, we are unable to guarantee delivery schedules.

Shipping Disputes: In the event of a shipping dispute, you must contact the Shipping Company and resolve the dispute with them directly. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the shipper/courier of any damage to the package at time of delivery

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% is charged to California residents only.

Returns:
- Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition that either did not fit or was a core return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. No returns are allowed after 30 days of the Invoice Date.

- Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.

- Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at ImportCarParts.com.

* We will replace or refund defective items and most non defective items. Defects must be confirmed by ImportCarParts.com or the manufacturer of the part(s). Refunds are not given for Non-Returnable Parts.
* We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for all refunds.(except for core refunds).

All returns must meet certain requirements. Please see our RETURNS page for details.

Shipping, including shipping expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

- No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. We must be contacted for a Return Authorization....

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please be aware that:
- We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. Any products purchased from another web site or a local store and returned to us will not be returned by our warehouse. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of a shipping error or a part defect.

- Custom ordered items, items that you have installed or disassembled cannot be returned. Special Order items cannot be returned for any reason other than defective replacement

- Damaged items cannot be returned. No refunds will be given for any reason after thirty (30) days from receipt of your order.

Return Procedure:
You must contact us with your Order # and the reason for the return. You will be e-mailed detailed instructions to follow. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Core Returns
Items such as starters, alternators, rack & pinions, etc. have a core return value. A core deposit shown on your quote will be added to your total order. This charge is refundable upon receipt of your old core, subject to the following requirements.

The core must be:

* Complete and in rebuildable condition
* Free of all fluids
* Securely wrapped in plastic and sealed against leaks
* In the original packaging
* Received by ImportCarParts.com within 30 days of receipt of the product.

All returns, including Core Returns, require a Return Authorization Number. Please e-mail our returns department for instructions on how To Return An Item.

Please note: Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Credit Cards and Debit Cards

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Am-Ex, and Discover cards. We will also accept PayPal and you can mail us Money orders or Cashiers checks..
All parts must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. If you want the parts shipped to an address other than the billing address you need to contact your card company and have them add the desired shipping address to the account as an alternate shipping address…It is a quick and easy thing to do..

Debit Cards:
We do accept Debit cards…One thing to note that many people are not aware of..When using a Debit card for a MAILORDER purchase (Any purchase where your credit card is not physically run through the card machine.) you will find that your card has a Daily limit (Usually the same as your ATM limit.). This is for your Security in the event that your card or card number is stolen. Many Banks have a security lock on all debit cards for Mailorder purchases unless you contact them first to authorize it. Try to know what the policy and limit is before using a debit card for online ordering…Declined credit cards because of this problem are the most common cause of delays in shipping and receiving your parts.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All parts sold through ImportCarParts.com are covered by their respective Manufacturer's Warranty, which is included with your shipped part. Please review this warranty for additional details. ImportCarParts.com guarantees that at the time of shipment, the products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you have received a defective product, please review the Manufacturer's Warranty included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please go to our RETURNS page and follow the directions there.
